What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is an aerobic exercise that anyone can do, anywhere, anytime resulting in feeling great.

Laughter Yoga is effective in treating absolutely everything. Clients feel a heightened sense of purpose, health, happiness and greatly reduced pain.

The biggest misconception about Laughter Yoga is that you need to find things funny or to crack jokes to do laughter yoga.

What can I expect during a session?

A laughter yoga session consists of a description of the session, the history, the foundations and the exercises that will be demonstrated and performed.

How many sessions would I need?

As many as you would like. I’m often asked to run laughter yoga sessions for workplaces and eventually teach a couple of staff members to be Laughter Yoga Leaders so that they can then run their own social laughter yoga club.

Experience and Qualifications

Rebecca originally trained as a Laughter Yoga Leader and then went on to become a Laughter Yoga Teacher, sanctioned by Dr Madam Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga.
